When I first got hurt it was emotionally and it was physically traumatizing. I was in a car, I was in my vehicle and another vehicle just struck me in the back of my truck and unbeknownst to me the injuries were severe. It was painful and it was you know something I’ve never been through so I really needed to be somewhere where they care and they could guide me through everything. I found Richmond Vona they really made me feel like we’re going to be here for you and that’s what I really liked. Brian was very attentive to just giving me the knowledge that I needed, giving me the understanding that I needed, what I really love is being there. Being on it: they got your medical records, they know what’s going on, this is what we’re doing and this is where we’re going and I said do it. Like he, he did a great job he really did. I did settle quickly, you know six months is quick. With people that has caring, and compassion, and sympathy, and understanding is what brought it all together, what made me feel so much better that I had you guys here for me ’cause I don’t know what I would do.
