I took a flyer into a into a interior plate glass door head first into the glass I wasn’t sure if I had broken anything I couldn’t tell I was kind of in shock you know I didn’t even realize about the foot until about 3:00 in the morning when the pain woke me up in the middle of the night and my neck too when I realized I couldn’t pick my head up I couldn’t turn my head I couldn’t anything it wasn’t until the next day that I went to an Urgent Care type facility and they took an x-ray and said oh you know that toe that hurts yeah well you got a good reason for it a week went by and I never heard anything from that particular establishment we figured we needed to take the initiative and do something my son did a little research and he found Richmond Vona for us and suggested that we contact them you want to know that you’ve got someone who is ethical handling your your work and that was the impression that I got you understood everything that was going on you understood what papers you were signing and why the initial offering from the other from their insurance company was not great and Michael had said right off he says they’re going to try and low ball and we’re not you know in the end what I got was about four times the initial offering.
