The Richmond Vona Case Communication Process

At Richmond Vona, high-level communication is one of our core values, and we believe that we need to highly communicate with each other on our team, but most importantly with our clients. From day one, you’ll receive high-level communication, and you’ll be able to tell us what is your preferred method of communication. We’re available 24/7. We can email you, we can text you, we can call you. There can be a combination. You will get case updates every month. You can call us as much as you want. You’ll always get a call back if the person you’re calling for isn’t available within one business day.

We take this really seriously. All of our team members have mandates on them that they must get back to people right away, and they do, and everything’s tracked internally. So we know, we get alerts if clients aren’t called back in time, if we’re not being given their case updates. Luckily, we don’t really get many alerts because our team members are so amazing and they want to go above and beyond to communicate to people, but we have safety nets in place to ensure that we’re never slacking in that area.
