Melissa is a senior litigation paralegal on the Richmond Vona team. Although she never had intentions of working in the legal field, a friend told her about a job opening at a law firm she worked at. Melissa applied, got the job, and has been working in the legal field ever since. Melissa enjoys the day-to-day interactions with clients – assisting them through the litigation process, helping them face any challenges that they may encounter, and, ultimately, knowing that she is an integral part of a successful outcome in their personal injury case.
A process that Melissa is proud of is consistently working hard and learning as much as she possibly could over the years in order to advance her career within the legal field. What makes Melissa great at her job is her compassion and the ability to recognize that clients may be going through one of the most difficult, challenging times of their lives.
Melissa has resided in Buffalo her entire life and currently lives in West Seneca with her husband, son, step-son, and two cats. She enjoys photography and traveling.
