Elisa joined the Richmond Vona team as a law clerk in 2021 and graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Elisa was drawn to a career in the legal field because she loves tackling new challenges and helping others. She takes great pride in using her methodical and organized approach to solve complex problems and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the firm and our deserving clients.
Elisa knew in her first year of law school that she enjoyed personal injury law, and she takes pride in applying the knowledge she gained in the classroom to real life situations. Prior to joining Richmond Vona, Elisa gained valuable experience working at Wegman’s service desk for eight years. Working at the service desk taught her the importance of being a good team member, and to be attentive, sympathetic, and resourceful in order to achieve her goal of providing the most favorable outcome for others. Elisa’s time working at Richmond Vona has taught her the importance of being compassionate, understanding, and communicative, especially as our clients are going through such a challenging time in their lives.
Elisa grew up on the west side of Rochester and graduated from Hilton High School in 2015. After graduation, she moved to Buffalo and completed her undergraduate degree, then continued to work in customer service before deciding to go to law school. In her free time, she loves to read, listen to podcasts, spend time with her family, and try new recipes.
