She leverages this diverse skill set at Richmond Vona to enhance organizational effectiveness and bolster support for the firm’s lawyers and their teams, ensuring the delivery of exemplary legal services to its clients.
Her focus is anchored on the intersection of technology and human connectivity; striving to empower individuals by facilitating access to information. Dawn oversees operations, information technology, and human resources at Richmond Vona, while also collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategic business priorities.
Dawn brings a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions from her tenure in both the banking and telecommunications sectors. In these roles, she has overseen the coordination of operations, technology, finance, and marketing endeavors, ensuring seamless integration of systems, processes, and reporting structures for successful consolidation.
Passionate about education, Dawn has served on career and technical education (CTE) committees in several local school districts and provided guidance to the WNY STEM Hub. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and cherishing moments with her children and husband.
