I was referred to Richmond Vona by friends of mine who were attorneys, uh, to help with some legal issues faced by, uh, me and my family. My first experience here from, uh, the get go from the minute I walked in, um, one of the people whose names is on the building came out and greeted me and made me feel welcome. The attorney who handled our case made me feel welcome. I always felt at home. I always felt like my needs were being prioritized. I’ve referred six or seven people now for difficult cases and I’m completely confident sending anybody over. Sammy and the team. Sammy’s amazing, smart, engaging, um, immediately empathetic right from the get go. It was, we’ll spend as much time as we need to make sure things are right. Immediately after we met, I’m like, okay, that’s good. She said She’s gonna follow up in a little bit.

I got a text within an hour and then I got an email. Later that day, I had another appointment on a follow up. We repeat phone calls, everything done around my schedule and just absolutely wonderful. I came in with some expectations. Um, I came in with a lot of expectations. I was ecstatic with the outcome of my case. You know, we all want to know where we’re standing, and the team always communicated with me where we are, every step along the way. And it was resolved in a way that was amicable to everybody involved, which is absolutely spectacular as well.
