So it was a two car accident. My husband wasn’t there, it was me. My mother was in the car with me, and then some other lady that decided to cross over three lanes and hit me head on. So when the accident, after everything happens, and the first thing that come to my mind was to get my mom out of the car. And somehow I got my door open and got her door open. And of course she’s just, you know, laying there. Her eyes are awake, she’s laying there lifeless, and I’m just in panic mode, like I’m panicking.

I was at a grocery store and I had a random call come through. It wasn’t her number, and it was my wife. I mean, hysterical in a panic. And it was just like, “We got into an accident, we got in an accident, and, and I’m hurting, my stomach hurts”. And just my gut drops and I’m just trying to get out of there and get on the first flight to Kentucky.

Felt like we were like alone for the first couple months.

We’re trying to find, you know, the right people to go to. I, I knew they knew what they were doing. I didn’t have a doubt in my mind that these people weren’t gonna work and do everything they could to get us what we deserved.

The way Michael presented everything, it was very factual based. He didn’t give us any false sense of hope. It was, this is just what it is. And he helped us understand that, and that he maximized what we could get based on the law. I’d say our expectations were met a hundred percent. Oh yeah. Because we understood it ahead of time. And I would say he fought for us, like it was a million dollar case. Every phone call, every text, every email, everything was responded to. And that was huge for me as well with communication. So we didn’t feel that we were left in the dark for weeks or months on end and just hoping that something good happened. It was every step of the process was communicated properly
